Dispatch Rider offers its customers an access to online order tracking system for their convenience. All registered customers are authorized to leverage this interactive feature to know their consignment status only and not for any other use.

We at Dispatch Rider do not provide our courier services for medicines which are not specified under national/ international regulations imposed by Government and International Air Transport Association (IATA), an international trade body. We do not accept shipments that contain prohibited items relating to -

Medicine – Amidopyrine, vitamins with anti-inflammatory agents and tranquilizers, vitamins with anti-inflammatory agents and tranquilizers, Phenacetin,  Penicillin skin/eye Ointment, Nialamide, Nialamide, Fenfluramine and Dexfenfluramine and more. In addition to that, we are also not engaged in medicine courier services of cocaine (benzoylmethylecgonine), Diacetylmorphine (Heroine), Opium, Coca Leaf, Ketobemidone, and Psychotropic substances (Eticyclidine/Medazepam/Triazolam), Precursor Chemicals Or any other Illegal and Banned drugs. We are also accepting Pharmaceuticals and biotech, medical or surgical supplies (disposable materials), medical equipment required for patient diagnosis and treatment.

Dangerous chemicals – We do not accept hazardous, poisonous and flammable chemicals.

Food products - Cakes and sweets are not to be accepted under Dispatch Rider food items courier services.

For medicine consignments, you are required to provide us original and xerox copies of Doctor's Prescription/ Certificate/ Medical bills accompanying your requirement of medicine. Moreover, you are also required to give us a consignment note relating to your confirmation that your shipment does not contain any prohibited goods specified under national/ international regulations imposed by Government. In addition to that, we reserve sole right to check your consignment for security screening.

Privacy Policy

We assure all our clients for complete privacy of their personal information collected by us at the time of registration and considered to be confidential. Under our privacy policy, Dispatch Rider guarantees not to share any personal details provided by clients to us with any other third party in future for marketing and promotional activities without marking a notification to you. Confidential information may include customer login id and password, name, full address, contact details (phone number and personal email address) and more.

We are reserved with a sole right of updating, editing and deleting information present on the website in the form of content and pictures relating to our services, special offers, warranties and other details anytime without any prior notification and so, all visitors are requested to update themselves with our latest site modifications.
